Lucknow: A total of 450 complaints were received during Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas held across all five tehsils of Lucknow district on Saturday, of which 64 were resolved on the spot. The remaining cases were forwarded to the concerned departments for time-bound disposal.
Malihabad tehsil recorded the highest number of complaints, receiving 152 applications and resolving 22 on the spot. At Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT), 91 complaints were received, with 15 resolved. Mohanlalganj received 85 complaints and disposed of 21 cases during the event.
Sarojini Nagar tehsil received 86 complaints, of which three were resolved immediately, while Sadar tehsil received 36 complaints and resolved three.
According to the district administration, the complaints covered several departments. Revenue-related matters accounted for 226 applications, while 74 complaints concerned the police. Another four applications involved joint revenue and police matters.
The administration also received 38 complaints related to development, three concerning education, 10 related to social welfare and five concerning the Municipal Corporation. No health-related complaints were recorded, while 90 applications fell under other categories.
The unresolved cases have been sent to the relevant departments for further action, with instructions to ensure their disposal within the prescribed timeframe.
